Youth Fitness Coach
Support fitness, movement, conditioning, and multi-sport development programs for children and youth through after-school programs, camps, clinics, training sessions, and community events.
How You Will Help
Falcons City SC is seeking Youth Fitness Coaches to support fitness, movement, conditioning, and multi-sport development programs for children and youth. Coaches may assist with after-school programs, camps, clinics, training sessions, and community events. We welcome coaches with different levels of experience, including fitness coaches, personal trainers, physical education instructors, former athletes, assistant coaches, and individuals looking to grow in youth fitness coaching.
Falcons City SC is a nonprofit sports club dedicated to youth development, sports access, fitness, education, leadership, and community impact. We provide programs through soccer, basketball, volleyball, chess, fitness, after-school activities, camps, clinics, tournaments, and community events.
Expectations
Time commitment may vary depending on program needs, coach availability, and seasonal schedules. Evening and weekend availability is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for coaches who are reliable, energetic, professional, and passionate about helping youth develop confidence, fitness, and healthy habits. Ideal candidates may have experience in youth fitness coaching, personal training, physical education, strength and conditioning, sports performance, camps or after-school programs, multi-sport training, or youth development.

What We Are Looking For
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or assist youth fitness and conditioning sessions
- Teach age-appropriate movement, balance, coordination, agility, speed, and strength basics
- Support children and youth with different fitness levels and backgrounds
- Help create a safe, positive, and structured training environment
- Encourage confidence, discipline, teamwork, and healthy habits
- Assist with setup, cleanup, attendance, and equipment organization
- Communicate professionally with participants, parents, staff, and program managers
- Support Falcons City SC programs, camps, clinics, and community events
Ideal Qualifications
- Fitness, coaching, athletic, or physical education experience preferred
- Experience working with children or youth preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Personal training, strength and conditioning, or youth fitness certification is a plus
- Background check may be required for youth-facing roles
